The UK and Europe host some of the largest airshows in the world, the most notable being R.I.A.T. (Royal International Air Tattoo) in Fairford and the Flying Legends show at Sywell Aerodrome. These two events showcase the legendary R.A.F. in all its glory throughout history right up until the present day. A breathtaking line-up and display of the finest aircraft ever designed.
A perfect opportunity to explore the picturesque UK countryside and take in the sights at the same time. There are a number of world class museums (like Hendon Aviation Museum and the Imperial War Museum) and historic aerodromes (like Biggin Hill etc.) to visit which are outstanding.
There are a number of other shows all throughout the year in the U.K. as well as Europe – like the Battle of Britain Airshow in Duxford (Sep) and the Paris Airshow.
